Hi, i have a huge problem right now in Westcasino. I have been they customer about couple of months and everything was fine before 7.4.2019. I have sended all documents for them, and everything is confirmed. But in the sunday evening i won huge sum money in the casino, and then i wanted to withdraw them. They have 2000€ max withdraw per one withdraw so i do it and my account have now 10006.50€ and 2000€ is pending withdraw. This was happen 7.4.2019.
I waited moneys next week and nothing to hear, no emails, livechat tell that they dont know anything about this, but 14.4.2019 i tried to log in my account i get pop up window, where i have to tell about my gaming habits or something like, and okay this is fine to me and i answered and sended it, and i hoped that everything is now fine. I waited seven days, and i dont get any emails about blocking my account or anything information, and then i couple times asked livechat what i can do for this. They said you can send email to our finance department, and chat promised that they reply me back. But they dont never reply me. 24.4.2019 was weird and different day.
I tried to log in my account and now i am in. I looked my account there showing my pending withdraw and moneys what is in my account everything was correct. Then i go livechat and asked about this withdraw when i get it. Livechat told me that i have to send email their account manager so they can pay it whole sum in first withdraw. I send email, but today 25.4.2019 i dont get any replies about this one. And today when i tried to log in my account, i cant log in, i get same pop up window where they ask about my playing, but i have answered this maybe three times between this case. So this is very weird why they do this. I send screenshot above, about this how it look like when your account is blocked, and there is pop up window where i have answered and sended it. If there is something what you wanna know i can tell more about this. I have some livechat transcripts in my email, but i cant paste them to this, so if you wanna see them i can send them maybe via email. Today when i writer this is 8.5.2019 and it is over month ago when i get this problem so i think now it is better solving, I dont get any emails yet about this case, so if you get this case solved, its will be very nice! Thanks!

Hi! Couple of hours after i write complaint, Westcasino open my account and they paid all my withdraws, so this case would close, and this is resolved! Thanks a lot!
