Waiting over 2 months on my withdrawal of € 300

On November 6 I made a withdrawal of € 300 and another one on December 6 of € 160. I mailed them several times about it, got quickly an answer, but every time there were excuses like banking troubles, delay of payments, but mostly that they let it escalate to their finance team. But still no payment received yet. Earlier withdrawals were paid in a average time of 4 weeks, but this one is now over 2 months old. I have the same problems with sistercasino Grand Reef, where I have an open withdrawal of November 20 of € 160.

I got this answer of African Palace:

Dear Ton,
I know that you are eager to receive your winnings and I must sincerely apologize for the time taken to process this to you. We are currently experiencing a minor banking problem which is preventing us from clearing funds from our international bank accounts. Due to these limitations we have decided to start processing your withdrawal in smaller amounts to avoid further delays.

Our finance team have scheduled weekly payments of 50 Euro’s to your account, the first transaction was processed today and you will receive a payment every week moving forward. Please accept this as a temporary solution and rest assured that as soon as your funds are cleared, the total amount outstanding will be immediately transferred to your account. Your patience is greatly appreciated at this time and please feel free to chat to me should you require any further information.

This is unacceptable, complaint is not resolved yet. So I need to wait another 6 weeks to have the full € 300. Besides that, sistercasino Grand Reef did 2 months ago the same thing, the amount was split in 3 times and was scheduled in 3 weeks, but every week I had to ask for it, so it was constantly a delay after delay. That's why I believe that in this matter I have to contact them every week why the € 50 is not paid. Finally you get a mail "Pending withdrawal processed" and sometimes I still have to wait several days for the payment.

Money still not paid after multiple follow ups
My username is AFR91842342 . My withdrawal was not reflect to my account till now, All they say is "we have escalated your issue and our finance team is looking into it." I made a withdrawal on April month and i have did four withdrawals in the amount of INR12000 , INR 12000, INR7192.50 and INR 7215 and still no response from them on date I can receive my withdrawal. Soon after that i received a response from african palace casino few days back stating below, "It has been brought to our attention from our withdrawals team that there is a discrepancy with your latest withdrawals at African Palace Online. Upon closer inspection it has been identified that your gameplay has been deemed irregular as per the terms and condition on our casino. We have found that your gameplay sessions has been negatively motivated during your play sessions, and that you have not wagered & cashed out in the spirit of fair play. Your Bets have been found to be in excess or more than the limitations set at 30% of the Deposit match bonus received. All Bonuses granted, (whether it’s a Free bonus or a Match offer) are granted with the intent that a player will agree to the casino’s Terms and Conditions and wager the required amount in the spirit of fairness for fun and enjoyment, and not to be with a malicious gameplay behaviour to harm the casino in any way." I have received this message from casino. after that i have asked support team, they told me that , you will get the payment soon, but till now i didnt got my payment...
