I'm still waiting for $100 payment from my wd request that was Approved in August and I have chatted with Dreams customer service and gotten the standard response: "your request has been escalated and you should receive payment within a week". This long-overdue delay is unacceptable. I am requesting your help in resolving this issue and getting paid in a timely manner.

I've looked into your issue and the trouble we're having is that we cannot issue a check to your state. You'll need to select another payment method (I've just sent you an email regarding this).

Once I receive your preferred method of payment, I'll be able to arrange your payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot merge withdrawals from multiple casinos into one payment--for accounting purposes, they have to remain separate.

I've gone ahead and had your payment sent off to our processor, today. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week.
