Awaiting payment authorization for weeks

Made a withdrawal request on the 19th of April for £450 since this time the request states wait autorisation. I emailed Dr vegas on the 27th with regard to withdrawal and whether id was needed. I had an instant standardised email to say that a ticket had been processed and I would receive a personalised email usually within 24hrs. However I am yet to receive an email. I noticed on the Dr vegas site you can engage in online chat with a representative. I spoke to someone on the 29th. They asked me to confirm my account by asking for my d.o.b and postcode. I asked when my transaction would be processed and whether they required any I.d. I was told no I.d required and the transaction would be processed this Tuesday. Which I understand to be the 2nd of May however my account still states wait authorisation
