I send them my documents and till now the withdrawal request is pending.

Please allow me to clear the confusion up for you.

First of all, account verification can take up to 2 working days. We pride ourselves on player security so this has to be done thoroughly.

You will also see that when checking the VIP Page, the length of time it takes for your withdrawal to be processed depends on your VIP status.

Normal withdrawal processing time is between 24hrs and 48hrs for new players which is still quite quick compared to the general industry standard.

With that being said, I see that your withdrawal was processed early this morning. That means it took 2 working days, Monday and Tuesday to be verified...then once this is complete, your withdrawal was processed for release and reflected in your account this morning.

Refused payment of no bonus winnings/support ignoring emails for assistance
I have pretty much given up on receiving my legitimate winnings however i would like to share the horrible and down right unprofessional tactics which vip room casino have displayed to myself and swindled away over 23 thousand dollars that i had legitimately won. This all started when i deposited 100 dollars into my playing account and double checking i had clicked the no bonus option which i do religiously as it is near impossible to win off these welcome bonuses. At no point was i ever credited with extra money on any occasion if i did i would have started gambling until the casino had taken it off as this is a scam/trick to pull in unaware customers. So over a day or so i won over 3000 dollars and gambled it down to 1000 i think it may have been more however they have wiped all of my records and even if i did recieve there 50 dollar bonus would have easily played thru there limit. However i did not receive such a bonus . Once i had put the 1000 dollars into processing i deposited another 50 dollars which again i clicked the no bonus option and again i didn't receive and extra money into my account. Once i fairly lost that 50 i reversed my 1000 dollar withdrawal and started playing with that where i won a large amount of 23,651 Australian dollars. This is where things got down right pathetic. I got in contact with support about my winnings and was notified that my account would be frozen until i could validate my personnel details which i can understand as being a security procedure. After some time i had received word that my account was validated however was told that i would have to withdraw all of my funds before the end of the month as vip room casino would be updating there "platform" which gave me little over a week to try and get my winnings out. This confused me so i sent an email to vip room support then another and another i was being completely ignored. On the 27th of august i recieved an email from a vip manager named peter who wanted to let me know that the platform was being updated. I then approached peter about my situation and forwarded all of my attempts to contact support as he had been told i haven't tried to contact them which i proved otherwise with screenshots of the many attempts to get the information i needed. I ended up having to make 23 individual withdrawals of 1000 dollars and 1 withdrawal of 500 dollars as i didnt know how else i could get my winnings out and had no help from the vip room casino even though being a platinum tiered member i should have been able to make a 5000 dollar withdrawal and once they had processed each individual one had realised they were going to pay to my bank 26 dollars and charge there 35 dollar fee on top for each 1000 dollar transaction (see screenshot below) once again no explanation or any care to reply to my emails. To there convenience i finally got a reply from vip support once there "new platform" was up and running and they delivered another low blow saying that they were only paying me 600 dollars as my 100 dollar deposit was tied in to the welcome bonus and instructed me to in future to not choose to take the bonus. As i said before i never accepted there bonuses and luckily had taken photos of my  deposits showing no bonus added (also see picture below) they then changed there story and said it is done automatically and sent me a doctored shot of the 1000 dollar withdrawal that i cancelled originally saying i was credited a 50 dollar bonus when i know that was not the case and to back up that the transaction wasn't correct they had ticked that my account was validated and i hadn't even sent them my additional personal documents when i cancelled the 1000 dollar withdrawal and my account was later verified on the 23rd of august. Please see screenshots of deposit receipts withdrawal transactions and the screenshot vip room support tried to use as proof that i received a bonus which was never the case along with my account being validated when i wasn't when i cancelled my original 1000 dollar withdrawal. I have exhausted all avenues to allow vip room casino to do the right but they will not budge on the matter so i can kiss goodbye seeing my 23500 dollars in winnings. All i can hope to get out of this now is to help warn off potential new gamblers to this site with my horrible experience with this casino and hopefully it wont be long before they are black listed! Time to take my money elsewhere.

Decline of refund of deposits of 2625 euro and payment of winnings of 8972 euro
I have registered on the site and deposited around 600 euros in May then played on slotsand had a balance of 347 euros in the end which I wanted to withdraw. I went through the KYC identification process, sent in all my required personal documents and they have confirmed my identity and transferred me my 347 euros to my bank account. In early June, I have deposited again around 2000 euros and on June 10, after a nice winning streak, I had a balance of 8972 euros and that is where the problems started. Right after my big wins, the very next day, they froze my account without any notification. After a few email exchanges, it turned out that they have changed their Terms & Conditions and included my country (Hungary) as a restricted country to avoid paying me. At first, I have sent polite inquiries because I thought there may be some technical issues. The customer support sent me an email 2 days later that the T&C have been recently changed and that is why they closed my account but they will refund my my deposits. So they have admitted that they changed their terms to include Hungary as a restricted country and promised a refund of deposits. I sent them a few email explaining how this qualifies as something entirely illegal and even in contrary to their own terms but they never responded. 15 days have passed and received no emails or my deposits. Altogether, I have deposited 2625 euros to my account and had a balance of 8972 euros when they decided to freeze my account and steal my money. Not just the winnings but my deposits as well. Because every detail of the above is fully documented, I am considering hiring a lawyer in Curacao and suing them for the money even if I am not in need of it, this incorrect attitude toward their registered customers, the lack of communication, the not-even-concealed intent of simply changing the rules and freezing account if they do not want to pay, this really makes me upset. I have accounts at dozens of various online casinos and have been gambling on slots for years but I have never encountered such a fraudulent company. They are the nightmare of gamblers. Just imagine a casino where you hit the jackpot and then fall flat on your face because they deny your winnings while they refuse to fairly communicate about it. The fact is, they have changed their terms deliberately & closed my account on the basis theron because they did not want to pay me the second time a much bigger amount (8972 euros) than the first time (347 euros). They even failed to live up to their own promise to refund me my deposits if not my wins. This is a grossly unfair and legally punishable act of taking money from customers and breaching their own terms & conditions under which only the winnings may be forefeited in case of players from restricted countries but not the deposits themselves. Also, from a legal perspective, the balance of a player's account qualifies as the own funds of the player which the casino is obliged to pay if conditions are met. I met their conditions the first time and they have paid me. I do not know the exact date when they changed the terms but if I had known about it, I obviously would not had deposited any more money to my account. So they have cheated my either by 1. changing their terms without notifying me to prevent further deposits It is telling that they have closed my account right after the big wins when my balance showed 8972 euros and replied to my email only 2 days later say that the T&C have been "recently changed". It is quite obvious that they wanted to avoid payment and the best they could come up with is bending their own rules retroactively. But even if we accept that the terms have been changed in a lawful manner, it does not change the fact that my deposits must be refunded entirely, because only winnings can be forefeited. How fair is that they do not accept players from Hungary but they enable their registration and accept their deposits before they close their account. Last note: all sites where VIP ROOM Casino is reviewed show that they accept players from Hungary (this very site, askgamblers, ThePogg https://thepogg.com/casino-review/vip-room/, etc) and that was the exact reason I have registered. Delayed payment with 3 failed promises to send payment
VIP Room Casino advertises a 1 hour withdraw service and does not fulfill their guarantee. This happened to me on both my withdraws here. The 1st time took about 3 days before I received my payment and I can understand if verification of account might have something to do with it. I did not complain to anyone the 1st time. However, the second time I requested payment the delay is intolerable and pending for more than a week now. I have read previous complains here and see the casino willing to resolve matters and would rather have us talk to them in chat instead of coming here to make it public. I followed that and gave them a chance to respond and resolve this situation and the casino did nothing that showed they cared about their reputation being tainted again here. The following are timeline of events with 3 false promises that I will be paid with no payment as of right now: 7/20 Deposited 150 and received a 150 bonus using promo code received in email which specifically guarantees a 1 hour deposit. I decided to deposit here again mainly because of the 1 hour withdraw and knowing that I am fully verified here I decided to make a deposit of 150. 7/20 Won and withdrew my cash balance of 822.27. 7/20 Funds did not show up in my skrill account after an hour and did not show up in account by end of day. (1st failed attempt to deliver as they promised) 7/21 Not only the funds have not been sent their system is showing error on the transaction and for some reason which they still have yet to explain my withdraw amount changed without my consent to 760.56. I asked for an explanation for both the incorrect amount of withdraw and the delay, they said their finance will get back to me. Never did by the end of the day. 7/22 Followed up again and still the same with no response from their finance. 7/23 Finally they send an email telling me that there is some technical error on their end and asked if I can accept either Neteller or wire transfer and I declined. They finally got back to me and guaranteed to send the money to skrill within 48 hours, I accepted the offer and asked if this will happen again on future deposits. Their response is no. 7/25 After waiting for 48 hours, I still have not received payment, logged into casino account and surprisingly their live chat is available this time (I tried their live chat every time i logged in this week and never available. The do resend to emails promptly tho.) Live chat agrees with me that he understands that this is not tolerable and that if i were the casino management they should pay me directly from one of their own skrill accounts as this has nothing to do with error on my end. He then offered me 50 in bonus which I declined. He said he will escalate to management and I told him to also let them know that I will escalate and spread it through my channel and will post here on askgamblers.com so if they really value their image this will be the last chance before going public. 7/26 Checked again and money still not received. Logged in to casino and no live support. Left a message asking for update. Received response from their support team telling me that there is still a technical issue and will email me as soon as it gets fixed. Also gave me 25 bonus which I refuse to play till they are able to make payment. Dear askgamblers.com, Please help me deal with this situation as this is intolerable and if this is the case, everyone here should be aware as they do not keep their promises and the 1 hour withdraw is just a lie. For your info the person whom used the refer a friend promo to refer me here told me that both him and the person whom referred him to viproomcasino did not receive payment in 1 hour. It actually took about 4-5 days. So this is from 3 out of 3 incidences from just my contacts alone that they failed to deliver their promise of 1 hour withdraw delayed their payment by at least 4 days on each occasion.
