I have been playing for a couple of months in this casino and deposited a total of 2100€ there. I did not accept any bonus and recently cashed out 1850€. I was asked documents which I sent and after they got my documents, I received a message, that my account was closed due to "IP irregularities" and that I would get my deposits back. I thought that this is no problem because I lost more then I have been winning. But when I asked where the money is, they said that they refunded 200€ because they would only refund the deposits that resulted in winnings.
Also they say that no further communication will be accepted. So they take my money for months, which is ok and once I withdraw, its not ok anymore?
