Withdrawal delayed for 10 days
I would like to file a complaint regarding the excessive delay of my withdrawal and request your assistance in mediating this dispute.
My withdrawal has now been pending for **10 days**, even though ViperWin's own Terms and Conditions state that withdrawals should be processed within **up to 3 business days**.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I receive essentially the same response: they claim that the delay is caused by a high volume of withdrawal requests and ask me to wait longer. However, after 10 days, this explanation is no longer reasonable, especially considering their published processing timeframe.
I believe the casino is failing to comply with its own stated withdrawal policy. I kindly ask you to contact the operator, investigate the reason for this delay, and help mediate this case so that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary postponements.
