Casino withholding payment since July 23rd

I would like to file a complaint regarding the excessive delay of my withdrawal and request your assistance in mediating this dispute.

My withdrawal has now been pending for **10 days**, even though ViperWin's own Terms and Conditions state that withdrawals should be processed within **up to 3 business days**.

I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I receive essentially the same response: they claim that the delay is caused by a high volume of withdrawal requests and ask me to wait longer. However, after 10 days, this explanation is no longer reasonable, especially considering their published processing timeframe.

I believe the casino is failing to comply with its own stated withdrawal policy. I kindly ask you to contact the operator, investigate the reason for this delay, and help mediate this case so that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary postponements.

Hello, I withdrew my money 1980 PLN on 18.02 and sińce then I cannot get any concrete piece of information from them when it is going to be processed. I gambled only with my money without bonus. Before making a deposit, I checked their regulations and there is a timeline 3 business days for processing the withdrawal. Now I am waiting 14 days without any transparent and concrete piece of information. Support is not supportive at all. Could I ask you for help to receive my winning?

I requested withdrawal (500e) on 20.12.2025 and after 4 days of waiting on 24.12.2025 they cancelled my withdrawal.

24.12.2025 I put new withdrawal request, and the site is preventing me from making a withdrawal again.

I was in contact with live chat 24.12.2025 and they said they would do a manual withdrawal for me.

I haven't received any further information from them since then and I haven't received my money. The account verification page shows that my account doesn't require any further verification.
