Delay in payment and no reason is given

I requested withdrawal (500e) on 20.12.2025 and after 4 days of waiting on 24.12.2025 they cancelled my withdrawal.


24.12.2025 I put new withdrawal request, and the site is preventing me from making a withdrawal again.

I was in contact with live chat 24.12.2025 and they said they would do a manual withdrawal for me.


I haven't received any further information from them since then and I haven't received my money. The account verification page shows that my account doesn't require any further verification.

I've been waiting 27 days for withdrawal and Viperwin still hasn't processed it.

Now my account looks like it doesn't require any additional verification. I'm waiting for them to pay my withdrawal manually if that's how they want to work.
