This is the 3rd or 4th time i have to write a complaint because my payment is delayed by 2 weeks. Please cash me out its not normal to wait for 2 weeks on almost every cashout. Do the necessary thanks. Its getting ridiculous at this point especially that i have been loyal to them. If i dont write my complaint here god knows how much time it would take them to send me the money.

Hello, i did receive my money, i have made another 1k cashout request and tomorrow i will request anothee 500. I hope i will get the money soon and not have to write another complaint

Not paying for 10 days

The site clearly says 1-3 days for withdrawals, and I have not yet even gotten to step 2 in their withdrawal process.

This is now 10 days ago, and the chat answers my questions in the exact same manner each time.

First, they blame it on Revolut, which I contacted, and they have not even received any pay, then they say the delay is on their side, and that they have contacted the relevant department.

I'm used to having 1-3 days maximum (sometimes 2-3 hours) for withdrawals, so this seems very odd.

Vinyl Casino, this is starting to become too much and ridiculous, so i have to submit a complaint everytime i want to receive my money ???? Explain yourself a bit you are not respecting the payment delays at all its crazy. Maybe you are hoping for me to play and lose my money thats why. Cash my out its enough. Put a priority label on my account cause thats too much you are going to lose me as a loyal customer

Waiting for payment 9 days and counting

I am tired of this casino. They have been delaying my payment for 9 days now. Each time, I receive the same response from them, not to worry, because the payment team is too occupied and my withdrawal will be processed. But I do not trust them. I am verified and just waiting for my money. Please help me push them to act faster.

Delayed payment again by 2 weeks

This is the second time. I literally submitted a complaint not long ago. They apologized and everything's fine but I thought they were gonna start taking extra measures with my account due to what happened but I guess here we go again. Payment was delayed by 2 weeks. At this pace I will never cashout my money. Either cash me out my whole account or respect your general conditions where you say that you cashout in 3 to 5 business days. I have been loyal to vinyl ever since I started the online casino. I don't want to have to submit a complaint everytime I want to cashout money.

Delayed payment of 2 weeks

I have requested to cashout 1000 euros, 500 on the 22 of june and another on the 24, its soon 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. I play with them since January. Before there was no problem between 3 and 4 days and I get my money. But recently I won big in june I have 11k in my balance other than the money im cashing out. All of a sudden after I make my money its taking them forever. I also have screenshots of the cashout dates and of live chats.

Withdrawal taking a very looong time to be processed

I am having issues receiving payment. I did 2 withdrawals on 19 February.

The casino clearly advertises fast withdrawals and no longer than 3 days.

I have waited almost 7 days for my withdrawals to be processed…

Upon my first inquiry, I was told it was being processed and on my second inquiry I was told it was under investigation on the latest inquiry was told there was no investigation but rather a high volume of withdrawals, which I believe to not be the case, rather they wait a very long time to do the withdraws to make people use up their money…

Please help me

Issues with casino

This is the 4th time I have withdrew from this casino and once again am having issues receiving pmt ....the 3 x I have withdrew in the past it took 7 days to 2 weeks to get my funds. I dud a withdrawl of 500.00 on Dec 7th at 530am
The casino clearly advertises fast withdrawls and no longer then 3 days .
