Made a withdrawal on Saturday. According to their terms and condition the withdrawal can take up to 3 days..
Its now been 7 days, 5 of them work days. Been asking their support and they keep giving nonsense answer how they are doing security checks etc, cant give me an answer on how long it will take. Seems to be scamming me.

Delayed payment of three 500 EUR withdrawals

I am submitting a new complaint regarding three Skrill withdrawal requests of €500 each, for a total of €1,500, which are still showing as pending/processing.
The withdrawals were requested on:
- September 21, 2026 – €500
- September 22, 2026 – €500
- September 23, 2026 – €500
As of October 7, 2026, all three withdrawals are still being processed.
This is not the first time I have experienced significant withdrawal delays with Vinyl Casino. I previously submitted a complaint through AskGamblers concerning earlier delayed withdrawals. That complaint was closed as resolved after those specific withdrawals were eventually paid.
However, in that previous complaint I had clearly stated that I still had a substantial remaining balance to withdraw and that the withdrawal delays were a recurring issue. Unfortunately, immediately after the previous case was resolved, the same problem happened again with these three new withdrawal requests.
I have already contacted Vinyl Casino support regarding these withdrawals. I was informed that the Finance Department was handling them and that two of the requests had been escalated because they were already outside the normal processing timeframe. However, no specific payment date was provided.
These withdrawals are being made via Skrill. I am simply requesting that Vinyl Casino process and pay the outstanding €1,500 without further delay.
I am attaching a screenshot of my payment history showing all three withdrawal requests, their dates, amounts, and current processing status.

Withdrawal delay

Hello,

I am submitting this complaint regarding repeated and excessive delays with withdrawals from Vinyl Casino.

I currently have three Skrill withdrawals pending:

€500 requested on 4 September 2026
€500 requested on 5 September 2026
€500 requested on 6 September 2026

The total amount currently pending is €1,500.

As of 16 September 2026, all three withdrawals are still shown as being processed.

I have contacted Vinyl Casino support several times. I have repeatedly been told that the withdrawals are in the queue, that the Finance Department is processing them, or that they are in the process of being credited. However, I have not been given a concrete payment date.

I would also like to point out that I played exclusively with real-money funds and did not use any bonus, as is my usual practice. Therefore, there are no bonus wagering requirements to verify or complete.

Vinyl Casino has previously paid withdrawals to me through Skrill, so the issue is not whether my Skrill account can receive payments from them. The issue is the repeated and excessive processing delay.

This is also not the first time I have experienced serious withdrawal delays with Vinyl Casino. I previously contacted support regarding delayed withdrawals under ticket number 55561240. Those earlier withdrawals were eventually paid, but the same problem has now happened again.

I also still have approximately €3,236.58 remaining in my Vinyl Casino balance, which I intend to withdraw. I am not playing with this balance while waiting for the outstanding withdrawals to be processed.

Moreover, the very slow withdrawal processing makes it extremely difficult to withdraw the remaining balance from my account. Since only a limited number of withdrawal requests can be active at the same time, and considering the current processing times, withdrawing the entire remaining balance could take an unreasonably long period. At this pace, recovering all the funds currently held in my account could take months, if not considerably longer.

I am not asking for any bonus or compensation. I am simply asking Vinyl Casino to process and pay the three outstanding withdrawals of €500 each, for a total of €1,500, without further delay.

I can provide screenshots showing the withdrawal requests, their dates and status, my casino balance, and conversations with customer support.

3 Delayed withdrawals

I requested a withdrawal on July 19/2026, July 20/2026, and July 21/2026. Totaling 2200 CAD.

As per their rules, you can withdraw 3 consecutive days.

Up to now, my withdrawal status is still under review.

As per their policy, 3 business days. It is now the 28th of july and still no payment from any of my withdrawals.

Every time I speak to an agent, they just say the same thing: not to worry and it's being processed soon, but a week later, still the same.

Not paying for 10 days

The site clearly says 1-3 days for withdrawals, and I have not yet even gotten to step 2 in their withdrawal process.

This is now 10 days ago, and the chat answers my questions in the exact same manner each time.

First, they blame it on Revolut, which I contacted, and they have not even received any pay, then they say the delay is on their side, and that they have contacted the relevant department.

I'm used to having 1-3 days maximum (sometimes 2-3 hours) for withdrawals, so this seems very odd.

For the 5th time payment delayed by 2 weeks

Vinyl Casino, this is starting to become too much and ridiculous, so i have to submit a complaint everytime i want to receive my money ???? Explain yourself a bit you are not respecting the payment delays at all its crazy. Maybe you are hoping for me to play and lose my money thats why. Cash my out its enough. Put a priority label on my account cause thats too much you are going to lose me as a loyal customer

Waiting for payment 9 days and counting

I am tired of this casino. They have been delaying my payment for 9 days now. Each time, I receive the same response from them, not to worry, because the payment team is too occupied and my withdrawal will be processed. But I do not trust them. I am verified and just waiting for my money. Please help me push them to act faster.

Payment delayed by 2 weeks

This is the 3rd or 4th time i have to write a complaint because my payment is delayed by 2 weeks. Please cash me out its not normal to wait for 2 weeks on almost every cashout. Do the necessary thanks. Its getting ridiculous at this point especially that i have been loyal to them. If i dont write my complaint here god knows how much time it would take them to send me the money.

Delayed payment again by 2 weeks

This is the second time. I literally submitted a complaint not long ago. They apologized and everything's fine but I thought they were gonna start taking extra measures with my account due to what happened but I guess here we go again. Payment was delayed by 2 weeks. At this pace I will never cashout my money. Either cash me out my whole account or respect your general conditions where you say that you cashout in 3 to 5 business days. I have been loyal to vinyl ever since I started the online casino. I don't want to have to submit a complaint everytime I want to cashout money.

Delayed payment of 2 weeks

I have requested to cashout 1000 euros, 500 on the 22 of june and another on the 24, its soon 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. I play with them since January. Before there was no problem between 3 and 4 days and I get my money. But recently I won big in june I have 11k in my balance other than the money im cashing out. All of a sudden after I make my money its taking them forever. I also have screenshots of the cashout dates and of live chats.

Withdrawal taking a very looong time to be processed

I am having issues receiving payment. I did 2 withdrawals on 19 February.

The casino clearly advertises fast withdrawals and no longer than 3 days.

I have waited almost 7 days for my withdrawals to be processed…

Upon my first inquiry, I was told it was being processed and on my second inquiry I was told it was under investigation on the latest inquiry was told there was no investigation but rather a high volume of withdrawals, which I believe to not be the case, rather they wait a very long time to do the withdraws to make people use up their money…

Please help me
