Not paying for 10 days

The site clearly says 1-3 days for withdrawals, and I have not yet even gotten to step 2 in their withdrawal process.

This is now 10 days ago, and the chat answers my questions in the exact same manner each time.

First, they blame it on Revolut, which I contacted, and they have not even received any pay, then they say the delay is on their side, and that they have contacted the relevant department.

I'm used to having 1-3 days maximum (sometimes 2-3 hours) for withdrawals, so this seems very odd.
