For the 5th time payment delayed by 2 weeks

The site clearly says 1-3 days for withdrawals, and I have not yet even gotten to step 2 in their withdrawal process.

This is now 10 days ago, and the chat answers my questions in the exact same manner each time.

First, they blame it on Revolut, which I contacted, and they have not even received any pay, then they say the delay is on their side, and that they have contacted the relevant department.

I'm used to having 1-3 days maximum (sometimes 2-3 hours) for withdrawals, so this seems very odd.

I am tired of this casino. They have been delaying my payment for 9 days now. Each time, I receive the same response from them, not to worry, because the payment team is too occupied and my withdrawal will be processed. But I do not trust them. I am verified and just waiting for my money. Please help me push them to act faster.

This is the second time. I literally submitted a complaint not long ago. They apologized and everything's fine but I thought they were gonna start taking extra measures with my account due to what happened but I guess here we go again. Payment was delayed by 2 weeks. At this pace I will never cashout my money. Either cash me out my whole account or respect your general conditions where you say that you cashout in 3 to 5 business days. I have been loyal to vinyl ever since I started the online casino. I don't want to have to submit a complaint everytime I want to cashout money.

I have requested to cashout 1000 euros, 500 on the 22 of june and another on the 24, its soon 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. I play with them since January. Before there was no problem between 3 and 4 days and I get my money. But recently I won big in june I have 11k in my balance other than the money im cashing out. All of a sudden after I make my money its taking them forever. I also have screenshots of the cashout dates and of live chats.

I am having issues receiving payment. I did 2 withdrawals on 19 February.

The casino clearly advertises fast withdrawals and no longer than 3 days.

I have waited almost 7 days for my withdrawals to be processed…

Upon my first inquiry, I was told it was being processed and on my second inquiry I was told it was under investigation on the latest inquiry was told there was no investigation but rather a high volume of withdrawals, which I believe to not be the case, rather they wait a very long time to do the withdraws to make people use up their money…

Please help me
