. I have always contacted you and have always gotten results. This time I won $1700 from Kudo's Casino on December 10th. As usual I had to send in al the verification forms and ID and utility bill showing my address. I submitted to them 3 times and 3 times they said they could not read. The were all scanned. The 4th and 5th time I sent them from my phone. I received an email on December 15th stating they turned it over to the accounting people. As of today my winnings are still sitting and waiting to be withdraw, but they want let me. There is no one on the so called "live chat" and they are not responding to any of my emails. I hope you can help again.
