I have had a decent win on Karamba online casino. I have submitted all verification documents and they told me (only on the phone) one by one that they had been accepted. Then I hear nothing from them as I'm told I will receive payout in 2 days. Then after 2 days passed I try ringing them and despite waiting 2 hours my calls go unanswered and have me jumping in the queue from 1st place to 4th throughout the 2 hours, I then give up.
Then I finally get hold of someone online chat and they pick out a document which they have already passed and tell me they are still looking at it.
"Why are the looking at it its been approved" I say. Then they give me the old I dont know its not my department you'll have to ask the cashout team. "How do i contact the cashout team" I say. They respond "they will send you an email outlining the situation".
I never receive an email, nor do they ever tell me there has been an issue with my document, they realise that most people lose patience using this method so that's what they do.
There is no question about my documents legitimacy, in fact I'm a serving police officer. So where do i draw the line as I have been waiting over a month, if there really was any problem then why would they send me incentives basically begging me to put the money back into my account and keep gambling, and shower me bonus's if I do.
This is an outrage and a real blight to remote gaming!
