hello my names Andrew and i am a player on allslots and have won and played over $100,000 through the slots online in this year alone but i have been trying to withdrawal and had to get my verification documents plus two others for authorisation on credit card verification i have aquired all such documents over last month and sent several times now, i have spoken to someond today from chat to tell me there was duplicate passports sent from my email and i had to send aagain which i did hours ago. now just recieved another.email saying i need to send all again so can someone please get to the bottom of this...i am very frustrated with this treatment attached is recent email photo saying all was needed lastly my photo id and that was verified by Friday last week!
