iGame Casino - Verification and deposit issue

Yesterday I deposit 100 sek into my account on iGame. At first I could see the money on my account but after an hour it was gone and I have not played anything. I wrote a complain and mailed it to support, 2 times but nothing happened. I wrote a new mail today and no answer. I did not even get a verification letter, so now I asking my self: what have I done wrong ? And this is not enough I didn¨t get any bonus either. I have looked into your issue and it seems the deposit did hit your account and you were able to play. It seems the correct bonus code was not used to claim the bonus so I have manually matched your deposit and added the free spins to your account.
