Hi askgambers, I am < full name removed >, I opened an account with igame casino, I made a deposit of €50 and after playing for some time I wanted to withdraw some money so I made a withdrawal request of € 36.58 through bank transfer option but due to some technical issues my bank couldn't process the payment,so funds were sent back to igame casino, I requested them to send me the money to my skrill account, they asked me to send the screen shots of my Skrill account, I sent them all the required documents in required formats several times but still they're sending me reply that screen shots sent were not approved and hence I have to send it once again,they are repeating the same thing from several months, I am tired of making enough attempts to please them.so I am raising a complaint against Igame casino kindly help me, I will be greatfull to you, thank you.
