Hello, iv been having problems with verification and withdraw for over 10 days now even after i have completed all the requests required for verification, i have sent both my ID and Passport picture, bill less then 3 months old linked to my adress and picture of me holding my passport where both my face and passport details are clearly visible. All up until i got last request to submit picture of me holding my passport and after i sent it i didnt get any answer for 6 days and i even wrote a support ticket 3 days ago and still got no asnwer. This cimplaint is my last hope that the site doesnt scam me for the money i have fairly won. Thanks in advance

My complaint is exectly what it should be, i have many disputed withdrawal requests because iv been trying to withdrawl money every signle day since i got some cash on your site (surely over 15 days now) and i NEVER got an answer why i cant withdraw money to my neteller account that i have previously deposited money on (so it has nothing to do with neteller). You are just giving me runaround for money i have fairly won
And to make it clear the first time i tried to withdraw money i got mail saying i should i should verify my account, so my withdraw would have passed if u had verifed my account which u didnt for unknown reason to me. Nor did u answer to my support tickets or writings to your verification mail when i asked what is wrong. Besides that no other casino ever asked me to send a picture of me holding passport and even after that my account didnt get verified
