Playamo Casino - Unwanted text notifications, refusing to help

I have been receiving unwanted text notifications and links on my phone from playamo. I have never been a member of playamo (I've never gambled in my life)
I have sent numerous emails requesting they delete my details (I don't even know how they got my details) I have also been on the online help chat and requested the same thing, three times, but this still hasn't been done and I still receive unwanted notifications.
How do I get these people to stop harassing me? Am I able to take legal action ? I am sick of it.
Please help!
