I play in this casino for a while. After I seen that it’s impossible to win and that their slots behave very strangely, I decided to close my account permanently!! I make a request to live support chat and they told me that they are not able to close my account but they will send my request to the relevant department!! After 48 hours my account it’s still open live chat support always have some excuse like : soon as possible , our team work on your request bla bla bla. All I want to say this casino denies my right to protect my self, and not respect the responsible gambling! So Ask Gemblers I need your help!

I just want to add that since my complaint I was contacted several times from VIP manager ..and I was clear that I want my account to be closed..and all the time she ignores my request and come with some bonus offers and other nonsense!! I just want the point that it’s been now 7 dyas since an original request my account closure!

Here is one more update ..the vip manager not responding to my request..and finding some nonsense to keep my account open..when I make my self clear that I want my account to be closed permanently!!! Never to be reopened again!!

Yes they close my account..but I just want to say that they close my account after 9 dyas of my original request!! If I did not submit the complaint probably they my account will still be active!! So thank you Ask Gemblers team!
