I’ve been fully verified on this casino for years, and probably should’ve closed my account when they became blacklisted. I requested a withdrawal almost 48 hours ago, and it’s been in a “Live Queue” since. My VIP says to keep waiting. I’ve requested to be paid out and close my account. And just keep getting told to keep waiting's. The withdrawal is super small to an ewallet. It’s unacceptable the inaction.

It’s small, $147, and it’s been 48 hours. It’s not about the money, it’s about their claims to pay in up to 12 hours and they advertise they have quick payouts. Customer service and my VIP have not escalated.
