My docoments are verified after 5 days in September - very Long, ok. I make some deposits and then I won (without any bonus!), I did a withdraw with 1000 EUR at 07.09.2018 but still today it is also pending - the support say every day other things! I sent lots of emails, but today after 7 days unique casino say - I have to wait to Sunday or monday to get more information, why the withdraw is not done! Very bad!
