I am filing this formal complaint against WinUnique Casino for implementing predatory and malicious account restrictions to prevent me from withdrawing my remaining balance of 1,000 EUR.
After a long history of being an active, depositing player, I hit a big win. The casino immediately started deploying stalling tactics—claiming it was "too early", then citing an expired ID, and finally falsely claiming my bank rejected a 1,500 EUR transfer.
They eventually forced me to take a lower amount of 500 EUR, which was processed on June 22, 2026, and successfully cleared into my AIB bank account. This proves my banking details are flawless. However, when attempting to withdraw the remaining 1,000 EUR today, June 30, I discovered that the casino has completely blocked my financial access.
As shown in the attached screenshot, the system displays a highly abusive restriction: "You can withdraw up to €0 a week (Mon-Sun)". They have manually and unfairly dropped my weekly limit to zero. Furthermore, their VIP support ([email protected]) and manager James have completely ignored my emails regarding this matter.
I request AskGamblers to intervene immediately, force WinUnique Casino to remove this artificial €0 limit, and allow me to withdraw my remaining 1,000 EUR.

I am adding another crucial screenshot to my complaint. This is the financial proof of the initial 1,500 EUR withdrawal request from June 11, 2026, which the casino rejected.
As you can clearly see under the status section, it has a red cancellation mark. Furthermore, the system message at the bottom explicitly states: "When withdrawing amounts exceed 0 EUR equivalent, the withdrawal will be split into separate transactions."
This acts as hard evidence that the casino manually altered my system settings and dropped my active limit to zero in order to block my legitimate winnings.

I am updating my complaint with critical details about how the casino manufactured continuous delays to lock my funds and push me into playing back a large part of my winnings. I am also attaching a screenshot of an email from VIP Manager James, which exposes their predatory tactics.
To clarify the timeline: while I was forced to wait weeks for the initial 1,500 EUR withdrawal to be processed, I still had a large balance in my account. Because of their continuous, artificial stalling, I ended up playing back 3,200 EUR of my winnings out of sheer frustration. This is exactly what the casino wanted.
Their strategy to delay me changed every week:
1. First, they claimed it was "too early" to withdraw.
2. Next, they suddenly claimed my ID had expired and forced me to re-verify it (even though they allowed me to deposit with it).
3. After I re-verified the ID, they made me wait over a week just to approve the 1,500 EUR withdrawal.
4. Finally, they approved it, only to cancel it on Monday, falsely claiming my bank rejected the funds.
Now, VIP Manager James claims my limits are low because they "depend on player activity" and explicitly states: "with an activity increase I could push for it to be increased much quicker." This is psychological pressure and blackmail. I have already played through 3,200 EUR of winnings and made fresh deposits, yet they claim I am not active enough. They are conditioning the release of my remaining 1,000 EUR on me depositing and gambling even more.
I refuse to gamble another cent. My subsequent 500 EUR withdrawal cleared into my exact same AIB bank account instantly, proving my bank has no issues. I request AskGamblers to force the operator to remove the artificial €0/€500 limit and release my remaining 1,000 EUR immediately.
