Made a withdrawal on Oct20 for EUR 665. Verification process was bumpy with lots of mails and chats, finally worked out. On Oct31 I received an email stating that the payment is underway way and funds should be on my account within 3-5 days. Today Nov9th still no money there. The chat revealed that the payout was not even done and I should sit until after the weekend to get an answer (not the money). So casino lies to customers. I insist on the payout.
