Hello,
i played and won 1500 € on unique Casino last Week on 19. October Friday, which i withdrawed. I immidiatly uploaded my verification documents, after 4 days they checked them on 23. Ocotober Tuesday. One File was declared to be uploaded again, because it was a Screenshot of my utility bill, and i should upload a Scan of a new bill. Which i did yesterday, and on wendsday i uploaded a goverment document where my adress is clearly seeable, which they didnt checked. Now im waiting over 7 days for my verification and my withdraw. Unique Casino advertise that they pay out in 24 h. Its seems a little bit like they delay the process and thats why i have a complaint.
I hope we can resolve this problem together. I already talked with the support but its also seems like this didnt help well.

Its now afternoon and again there is no payment from unique casino. Can you please send me a proof from your payment department in which Askgamblers and I can see that the money was send out

I talked with my bank and they said they cant see any payment which is in the pipeline. Also they said if something is visible they book it instantly on my bank account and i can verify this because of my past references. This is the first time that i got this problems. If the payment doesnt arrive me today send me pleasw a Proof from your withdraw department!
