I made a deposit of 400 euro on 21.12.2018, the money has been sent from my account, however, the casino states the money never reach theirs.I double check this on Neteller's end and they confirm the money has been successfully sent to UNIQUE but they claim no money reach they account so they cannot either credit the deposit or refund me. I would like to ask you to please interact with them this is the second time they are withholding my money with no rights whatsoever.
