One week ago, i won some money at Unique Casino. I uploaded my documents like they said. Had a lot of chats and 3 times someone on the phone. They keep saying that i get my money withing 4 days. They still didnt pay me!!! And sunday i had to upload another document (what is already a bit strange) but okay, i did it immediately. Before that i canceled the withdraw because i thought that they forgot (my documents were already approved by this time) and the person on the phone monday said that i will have the money withdrawed monday or tuesday) In the chat they said that i didnt had a withdraw of 250 euros, so I sent them the prove that I had it. They kept saying that i only had 100,- in my account, what was right because you can only make 1 withdraw at the time and i didnt want to cancel it anymore. Now i just won 1250 euros and i almost know for sure that they wont answer me again. I can make a lot of deposits and nobody is complaining, but when I win my money back, they can’t pay. I really want this problem to be solved and got all the evidence to show that they everytime say the same about waiting for the money and lie about the withdraw proccess.
