In 2018 i opened one account at Unique Casino, and deposited using skrill, got the bonus and went through the wagering requirement
My balance in the end was almost the same as the deposit, $1363 or so, then i sended the documents
from that moment on, i keep sending them documents (ID and Adress), for more than 1 year already, i lost count here, every week or so for a year for a long time, i kept sending the documents
i was waiting for some kind of response for them, but nothing came back, i tried the live chat service, but it is all vague and all they can say is, wait "one week" for verification
then this week pass, and the verification process is reseted, again without any reason... also when i send the document again does not matter, since i can keep sending the document forever(they dont have a pending review message, i can upload the document as many times as i want).

There are terms and conditions for withdrawal requests and you need to send the required documents to have your withdraw approved.

You started to verify my account only when i made a complaint with the regulator, 24 hours later my document was verified, i sent the document more than 10 times before doing this, perhaps more than 20 times, i dont have any way to check this number...
waited for weeks, months, YEARS, for the document to be verified.
