Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal, website states 24hrs.
Verication documents still not looked at after 9 days, website states 3-4 days.
Not happy with the lack of caring, or help offered. Never had these issues before with other online casinos.
Live chat cannot help, sent a ticket in and they say 3-4days is the normal time. Still awaiting my withdrawal....
