I have sent in my documents and my account is verified but they still refuse to send me the money (493 euro). I did not use any bonus money when I played.. I don't understand why it is taking so long The support just tells me the money is coming "soon" when I ask them in the chat. It feels like this casino don't want to pay out, only accept the deposits and never pay out...
