I had my account suspended on Bet365 and for it to be reactivated, they asked me to send a code that I would receive by letter at my address.
But I never received this letter. I requested that it be sent again several times and the letter never arrives. I'm waiting for more than a year.
I also asked them to send a registered letter so that they could prove that the letter was sent, but Bet365 refused to do so.
Bet365 simply does not send any letter and does not allow me to cash out my $3025.00.
