Refusing to issue welcome bonus

I signed up to Tusk a week ago.

The company is adverting a deposit welcome bonus to my country. They also emailed me a personal welcome bonus of 120%. However when I tried to claim this they said it wasnt available to me. Their terms do not exclude my country and when I have tried to explain this on chat they are extremely unhelpul.

I signed up to the site in good faith and for the welcome bonus advertised to me. I feel this is misrepresentation if they do not honour the bonus advertised and their own terms.
