My withdrawal of R 1540 was canceled

Made a withdrawal on the 9/06/2025 it's been 6 days and my withdrawal is not being processed. Tusk casino is not responding to any of my emails. I'm fully verified and have no wagering requirements. Their life chat box is not working. Tusk casino used to be a great casino but unfortunately there is no support for customers.

Hello I have been trying to withdraw my winning at tusk casino and everytime I try to it says service unavailable. I deposited on Friday and did not take a bonus or free spins and there is no way to chat with anyone. I have sent multiple emails and no one is getting back to me. I have submitted documents I’ve done everything correctly. I play at a lot of these casinos and have won many times and I have never had suck a hard time withdrawing my winnings.

I recently deposited on the casino and played my balance up to nearly 27000. I cancelled any bonuses I had and only played with real money. I had previously won on the casino last year and have gotten my account verified and my withdrawals paid. The process took a while but eventually it got done and everything was paid.

This time around I went on chat and they told me 72 hours. Today marks 1 week since my first withdrawal at the casino and still not payment.

I would like to have a conversation with them on the forum in order to get actual time frames when I can expect my money.
