Casino is not paying my withdrawals

I registered an account with Tusk Casino on 24/02/2024 and deposited 300 euros to play casino and slots.

I won some money and decided to withdraw my winnings! I have a fully verified account two days after I won and registered an account with them at Tusk Casino.

I have been waiting for my withdrawals since 26/02/2024 and spoke to them on the chat several times during the last period.

Every time I am on the chat they ask me to contact support by email, I have sent several emails, without getting anything kind of response from them!

This is about several withdrawals of 1,000 euros, the total is 3,500 euros, but none of them have been approved or sent to my wallet!

Can you please help me with this!!
