2 weeks and still not verified
I am posting this on a public forum because I am not getting a clear answer from the casino.
They are not responding to my emails and chat has not been very helpful.
I have sent in all the required documents for over 2 weeks now and the casino has no only failed to verify my account, but they have not made an effort to contact me to tell me if anything is missing or wrong.
I would like to sort this out as soon as possible, so I am trying to have an actual conversation with them on this complaint forum.
