Hi, my complaint is quite similar to another complaint i read on askgamblers from mid December regarding this casino

I have played, verified, and have been waiting since Sunday to be able to withdraw funds. The error message i get when trying to make a withdrawal is «please check the data or contact support» - i have been asking multiple times on chat for the past 5 days with the only response that there is a technical issue but they cant tell me when it will be fixed.

Clearly makes me suspicious when i see someone else having the exact same issue about a month ago. I only went to this casino since it is a Dama Nv owned site, but this is very very unfortunate. Hope you can help resolve this quickly.

I can’t see any confirm button, can you help? Alternatively resend confirmation email.

I do find it strange though, as my account is officially verified by you and i have asked atleast 3 times in the chat what the problem is

I do btw see my email is confirmed and on your site it says to contact support in order to verify phone number. Happy to do that if that is the hold up? But is that the reason for the problem? As i mention above my account is already confirmed verified

Thank you very much for the swift response for processing quickly. I did indeed receive the first withdrawal successfully.

Due to your policy of only allowing 10 000 nok per day, can i please ask askgamblers to keep this file open till all funds are received within next 3 days. Thank you very much for your help.
