Slow on verification and payment

I wanted to withdraw US$500.00. They requested my documents as driving licence, bank card, and a letter to myself addressing to my home address. I send them all that. After few days, they replied, they need all my documents in color and also they need to see it's four corners. I resend all the documents over again. After few days, they replied back, saying they couldn't read my driving licence. They said it's too small. So resend the documents over plus with a copy of my passport, in a bigger image. They took 3 days to reply back. The reply came from Shellery < name removed > saying they still waiting for all my documents, so what they did, they reverse the money back to my account. It's so frustrated as they said according to their policy, I have to send what they asked for. But they don't realised they don't stick to what their policy said. They will process our request 24 to 48 hrs. They took more days more than the time they agreed to with their policy. I'm not playing anymore because I don't have the trust on them anymore. I rang their help centre how many times, and asked what's the problems. They said they couldn't open my documents. So I'm wondering why I am talking to these people, if they can't help to solve my problems. I asked to speak to those people who signed their names on those emails send to me. They said I can't. They're the first and the last point of contacts. And some of their staffs, I don't understand what they saying on the phone. It's very frustrated really. I just want my payment into my account please help.
