to whom it may concern, this casino has thus far refused to pay out on my two withdrawal requests. i have met all required specifications and have successfully cashed out in the past. i have deposited it here, they already accepted all required id and proof of address documents submitted. i am at a loss of why this is happening, please help me. its only (2) withdrawal requests, each for $50 total of $100, i am disabled so that is a lot of money to me, please help me, thank you for your time and consideration.
