Declined BTC deposit, no further support provided


I made a Bitcoin deposit on This is Vegas. The Bitcoin never made it to my balance. I asked support and was informed that my deposit was declined. They don’t know what’s happened to my Bitcoin and advised me to wait and it should show up in my account. I asked if by account they meant the address I had sent the btc from which was never answered. Unfortunately I hadn’t planned on this happening and can not provide proof of their receiving address. I just want my btc back.

Our records show that your deposit cleared and got credited on 2020-10-17 at 08:04:43 EST.

The deposit activated a 1,010 Spins promotion.

Please note that the spins promotion keeps your deposit held until you complete the total spins, in this case 1,010.

The promotion required only a $25 deposit, so $5 where left in your balance from your $30 deposit. Upon the completion of your 1,010 spins, you accrued $26.55 in winnings from the spins. The system then added $51.55 to your balance ($25 deposit + $26.55 in earnings from the spins), for a total of $56.55 on 2020-10-17 at 08:34:05 EST.

You can confirm this in the history section of the cashier.

I added a couple of screenshots here where you can see the $25 deducted when activating the promotion but held as your promotional spin balance that is added when you complete the spins.

Delayed Payment compounded with lack of support

I joined and started my account with this is Vegas on June 21st. They had great promotions and I was impressed with how quickly and outgoing their agents were to promote some of their promotions and deals. Because I was unfamiliar with this casino, I asked the agent, "If I deposit today via crypto, how long should I expect payout to be.?". They assured me in many cases depositing via crypto would ensure priority processing, and once my account was verified instant processing. I played, hit the maximum allowed for withdrawal of 500 and requested withdrawal. I was asked for verification documents of identification which I provided. I received notice on the 27th that my documents had been received, approved and my account withdrawal request passed to payment department. This was the first time an inconsistency occurred as now in spite of what their agent said I was told 12-18 business days for payment. I was annoyed and voiced what was told to me and that I had an approved account and had deposited. None of this mattered, so I accepted the time frame. On July 15th I sent a very polite inquiry into timeframe for payment. I received a very confusing and poorly worded response reminding me of 12-18 business days and that I would be processed in a timely manner and I would have "early next week." On July 21, was the 20th business day, I inquired again into payment. Two days later I got a message from the casino manager saying they had an unexpected delay in payment processing but I could expect my payment by the end of the week. I thanked her for her informed response and didn't say anything else. As the week passed with no change in status or payment, I followed up again today the 29th to ask about status and received the exact same email claiming an unexpected delay and I could expect payment early next week. Today is the 23rd business day and over 31 days total and they're still claiming next week with genetics prewritten responses. I have been patient and courteous in spite of feeling like they misrepresented information to get me to deposit and feeling like they are not taking my questions or concerns seriously. I don't think its right to so blatantly miss their quoted payout time and then take my follow up questions so unseriously.
