hi, help help help!. i played and win a bonus on this is vegas. they told me that i have to deposit in order to cashout so i did and then told me that i have to send my documents so... i did only that on both mails of this is vegas i get mailerdaemon failer notice i sent it twice on both emails got in contact with them still nothing. and now also the chat is blocked what can i do?

Well this is ironic. I emailed support@askgamblers.com about this issue and have heard nothing back.
In any case, I'm looking into this. I already spoke to Rival and they said they aren't aware of any email issues over the past while. But that doesn't mean there wasn't an issue.
Can you forward me the mailerdaemon notices you got? Also, where did you enter the chat? From the casino lobby or the website? I'll get to the bottom of what happened here.
In the meantime you can email your completed docs to me at jason@thejetsetlife.com and I'll forward them on.
