Ignoring my verification emails for weeks
Hello I've recently played at Ruby Slots with a promo code that had max cashout of $100. After I've played trough required amount of money my balance was reset at $100 as it should be and I tried to withdraw but nothing happens. I contact live chat, first they give me an email that doesnt exist, my email provider keep returning it to my inbox, then I contact live chat again they give me another email and the list of required documents. After I've sent an Email I have waited for 7 days and then I've decided to contact live chat again. They told me to send an Email again. I did that again and still no response what so ever. Also everytime I request a withdrawal it gets cancelled two days later.
