Company holding back payment
I would like to submit a complaint about this casino delaying payments despite advertising they process them within 24 hours.
It has now been 3 days since withdrawal request and nothing has been done on their side despite them advising you to process within 24 hours.
I have deposited numerous times (well over 1000 euro) which they took no problem but are now refusing to pay out my winnings of just 300 euro and 150 euro.
Zero information has been provided by support on what the delay is or any justification other than copying/pasting generic information from the T&Cs on your site. I have had to send around 6 chaser emails just to get generic responses.
I have requested details from the KYC team on what the delay is but again nothing has been provided.
All information requested by me has been provided and account verification has been completed.
This is purely a stalling tactic to process the withdrawal which is not acceptable from an online casino who I have deposited to in good faith.
I am sick of chasing them for a proper update and have advised casino via official complaint and told them I am contacting you.
Can you assist with them paying out.
