WinPalace Casino refuse to pay my $1700


I deposited $40 and won $1950 on Black Jack table. I requested $1700 withdraw. They asked me to fill out some papers and faxed them copies of my driver license & my credit card that I used to deposit money. I did everything and they even emailed me an email saying that everything was approved and now I should withdraw the money. I summited the request and never got the money. When I called them they said that they can't tell me why but my request was rejected. Where is my money?

It seems like they say that everybody. I have a friend that works for washington post and wants to write an article about online casino and this case. Can I have your full name and the name of the person that you talk to?

I spoke with our finance department and they informed that some security checks are being done in some accounts, which is your case.

This is the answer I've got from them, for you:

“As per finance department decision your withdrawal request has been denied and the funds were added back to your account. It might take up to 90 business days for our finance department to review your account. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and thank you for understanding. You will be notified by the relevant department as soon as there are any updates regarding your account”

Since this is a finance decision, I wont be able to help. I apologize.
I believe the department will get back to you once the procedure is over.

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money.
