Verification issue on jackpot payout

I won a grand jackpot of $400,000 on the Money Factory on February 1. 6 days prior to that I had submitted a withdrawal of $6000 that had still not been paid out. In December I had submitted $7000 redemption and was paid out within 6 days with no issue. I submitted total redemption requests of $440,000. I was asked to supply multiple photos of cards for verification. I sent all cards I had used that I have. One card had been replaced by capital one for fraud concern, I no longer had that card but still had a photo and explained. Some cards are Apple Pay which are no longer active or accessible. A few of the cards I didn’t recognize at all, I figured out that one was an Affirm one time use card and supplied that information. Some of the info they are asking for just isn’t accessible or possible and they are stating they need it to pay the redemptions. However this wasn’t an issue in December for the 7000 payout then. I had no money in my money factory account on Jan 25 before I deposited and played and won. I do not understand why they are making it so difficult and essentially impossible to redeem my money. I believe they are trying not to pay my jackpot. They have posted my win as the number 1 win on their site.

I have spent many thousands of dollars in good faith with the money factory. All money spent have been on cards that were mine or that I am authorized on. I am sickened at their responses. I need help if there is anything you can do.

Redemption pending since September

I submitted a redemption on September 2nd, 2025, and still haven't received it.

I have talked to numerous people, and they all say the same thing: management will follow up. And they do, but all they tell me is my redemption is still pending, it's still processed to be paid out, but it hasn't been.

Every time I talk to them, it's the same old thing, nothing's getting done, and there's no excuse for why it's not been processed yet.

It's been months.

Redemption delayed almost 1yr

My account is verified and active. After purchasing a $10 pack , I requested a $100 redemption 9/24/2025. I still haven't received it!! Well over 90 business days, longer than their terms and conditions state. I've begged for a good reason why and they just tell me it's in process and I'll be emailed when that changes. Going on over 6 months! I can provide more screenshots if needed.

My 185 dollar payment is 7 months overdue

I am still waiting for a payment meant to be paid shortly after 9-13-2025 but even after the MAX amount of time (120 business days, it might have been 90 days I don't know I can't recall, all I know is the amount of time has already come and gone now) they claimed it would take it's taking longer?! I even paid them some money so I could keep playing and lost that. Why wouldn't they pay me? That is so rude.

Redemption pending since September 2025

I have had a redemption request pending with The Money Factory since 9/30/2025. Their own terms, which they referenced when I messaged support, specify payment within 90 business days (which is an insane length for payment on a redemption and I am pretty sure they altered to a longer term while the redemption was pending). Every message to their support results in them blaming their own internal team and no actual progress or resolution. This is not my first go-around with The Money Factory taking an inordinately long time to pay out a redemption.

6 months and still nothing

I redeemed my cash price about six months ago, on August 23, 2025, and still nothing. Still get generic answers.

I asked him if anything was wrong and if I needed to do anything. They said no, everything’s good on your end. We just gotta wait for a redemption team. I don’t know how to site is still up.

I just keep asking them. They said that they have the right just to take their time to pay me my money, and I know that they don’t.

I won over 4000 dollars Jan 22. and still waiting

I won over 4000 dollars Jan 22.26 and submitted my redemption in which they said I would receive within 3 to 5 days and still haven't gotten it and when I look at other reviews by trustpilot they're giving this business all kind of good reviews when not only have they not paided me they have not paided alot of players but yet they are still online collecting new customers!!

Waited and waited

I am filing this complaint against The Money Factory for a $1,100.00 redemption initiated on September 11, 2025.
When I originally submitted my request, the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) stated a 30-day processing window. However, a few weeks later, the company updated their terms and forced me to comply with a new 90-business-day waiting period. I maintain that retroactively applying these terms to a pre-existing request is a breach of the original agreement and a violation of Minnesota Statute § 325F.755.
Despite my forced compliance with this extended wait, the 90-business-day window expired on January 20, 2026. I was previously in contact with managers May and Danielle, who responded regularly while the clock was still running. However, now that the deadline has passed, they have gone completely silent and ignored all my recent messages.
My account still shows the redemption as "Pending." The Money Factory has failed to meet both their original 30-day obligation and their own self-imposed 90-business-day extension. I am requesting the immediate release of my $1,100.00.

Slow redemption

I have been waiting 23 days now for redemption.

I've emailed support and used live chat with no resolution.

I keep getting the same answer that it could take 90 days.

I have redeemed here over 5 times previously and never had an issue, but support is awful at the moment.

My redemption request is for $500.

I created a Skrill account & found The Money Factory via the Skrill app.

I won $138 on my first visit on October 26 & my redemption request is still "pending".

I've been in contact using live chat & was told up to 72 hours. After a week, I reached out again to make sure they weren't waiting on any information they needed from me. That's when I was told that I'm all verified; if anything else was needed, I'd get an email.

Also, my request will be processed in the order it is received. Also, they have up to 90 days to process my request, & that reaching out multiple times will not result in a quicker payout..!

Not being paid on a timely matter

I put in a redemption on August 23 at that time of redemption. It said 24 to 72 hours that passed then they told me 14 business days that passed and then they said their website states they could have up to 30 business days could take a little bit longer if they had to go through securities now I got an email from a robot saying that their terms on their site says 90 business days which that was not the case. I have proof and emails and site messages that stated up to 30 business days so they just literally changed their website to 90 business days. So in that case if I put in a redemption on August 23, I’m not gonna get paid till December 26 and that is not OK with me. Everything is a lie with them. They keep changing their terms. They are refusing to pay me. I put in a redemption August 23 like I stated for $5000. I played my own money. I am KYC verified. I redeemed to my trustworthy bank account and there should be no issues with my account whatsoever. They have not only done this to me, but several other people and I just want to be paid what is owed to me and I should not have to wait 90 business days to receive my money.
