I'm starting to believe that all three online casinos don't actually pay out. This is the third redemption I have not received. The first two, Ding Ding Ding and Pulsz, ignored me and stopped responding to my inquiries. NOW I'm dealing with Megabonanza and the Money Factory, and they are both telling me the same copy-and-paste response about how they are inundated with redemptions. Requests at this moment, and they'll get to me when they can.
Mind you, they take my money without any hesitation. And when it's time to pay, it's the same email from all of them.
They should have no problem paying, considering how much money I put into their business.
One redemption is for $2452 and the other for 1700.
Is there anything I can do to get this money? Or should I just consider it gone? If so, how to go about telling everybody who will listen that these companies are garbage?
