I've lost hundreds, and I finally won in June for 807.00. I put in my redemption on June 27th 2025, I'm verified, I used my bank card, I won with my own money. They said it's typically 24 to 72 hours,in some cases up to 14 business days. We'll mine over 14 business days, support will not give me no updates or what's going on, they say the same thing over and over. I've been polite, but it's to the point to where this can't be legal how their operating.
Here's my proof, and what the agent said is the same thing they have all said for the last month, and they do not follow up 24 hrs later like they say they will
