I have had a redemption pending for 12 business days. I’ve spoke to live support 10 times and emailed 6 times with no response.
I’ve done everything I can and was asked to do. I’m being ignored with all the emails I send and live chat gives me the same “copy and paste” answers. Horrible customer service for a new customer. Makes me never want to play on this site again.
