I have been awaiting 3 redemptions with The Money Factory one on 6/11/25 and two on 6/25/25 for a total of $650. Trust Pilot and Reddit have countless reviews and posts with so many people saying they are experiencing the same issue. They are in violation of their 14 day policy. When I have chatted with them it’s nothing but the run around and pre generated responses. They will not give me any information aside from they have a back log of redemptions and they can’t give me any more information aside from they can’t see anything more than I can see.
