Verification process supposedly completed but account is still locked

I have completed the verification process was sent an email confirming it is all confirmed and my account has been updated on 18th of may
My account is still closed 20th of may i have spoken too the chat department several occasions but keep telling me its with the accounts team but im failing too understand what is with the accounts team i am verified and account is updated as they said
